At Pajareras...Stay & Learn!, we have developed an innovative, simple, practical and attractive concept to lodge small groups who, with reservations in advance, come to share some type of teaching or group work at the 7/24Salons at the Green Roofs, Commercial Bio-Climatic Plaza.
Our main characteristic is our integration and harmony with Nature within an urban ambiance which is also private and safe, at a reasonable price.

At Techos Verdes, we function as a Mini Convention Center, having available to this date four 7/24 Salons of different capacities, also two external areas, with and without a roof, and a private lagoon as recreational area and bird watching.
We offer catering service, regular and vegetarian. A convenience store and laundry service are also available. There is easy access to nearby restaurants, supermarkets, universities and health centers by foot or by taxi.
