The nineteen-unit complex where this house is located has communal use facilities such as gardens, parking lot, private security, recreational areas, as well as internal rules that are to be followed by both tenants and visitors.

These houses can be rented for a minimum of three days to people that belong to a group using the accommodations of the cabins and/or the camping area, or one week for other visitors.

It has cable T.V., wireless internet, plenty ceiling fans, and hot water showers. House cleaning and laundry services are available at additional cost.
